Our Talent & Culture team, #PeopleinDAG consists of four different areas; DAG Academy, Selection and Development, Labour and PRL and Children's School.

It is made up of different groups with a common goal: to help people become the best version of themselves, beginning with the youngest of the household. At Domingo Alonso Group we are clear that the role of Talent & Culture team is very important in achieving the Group's objectives; For this reason, it is present in key decisions of the Organization and shares its projects and results with each of the Board of Directors.

Today, the department's strategy is based mainly on continuous improvement, through training, agility, innovation and disruption in all processes and areas, and always putting the focus on people and taking care of the philosophy and culture in which they carry out their work, the places where they work and the tools they use.
